Easy 14-Day Returns

We want you to shop with confidence.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened hygiene products
• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged through misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
